Passmore Consulting Limited is a limited company registered in England (Company Number 11727273). Our registered office address is 18 Lower Ladyes Hills, Kenilworth, England, CV8 2GN

We obtain information about you when you contact us using the contact form, when you email us or when you call us. 

What type of information is collected from you
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number and IP address.

How we use your information
We may use your information to:
• Provide you with a quotation for our services upon receipt of your enquiry
• Send you communications on your request
• Record the services provided
• Complete our accounting obligations

We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfil obligations as part of running a limited company, for example retention of accounts for 6 years. All personal data is destroyed after 6 years after the termination of a contract or last contact if no contract was entered into. This retention period allows us to serve you as a client better, protects your personal information and fulfils our legal responsibilities.

Who has access to your information
Your private information will never be sold or rented to any third party or shared for any marketing purpose and is used by Passmore Consulting Limited strictly for business purposes only. 

We may pass your information to our third party service providers or agents for the purposes of fulfilling a service, for example your details may be passed to a courier firm for delivery of documents. Where we use third party providers, we will only disclose personal information which is necessary to deliver the service. 

We use Google analytics tool to track the way visitors use our site. Though we don’t understand much of what it tells us. 

We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a proposal for or actual sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our employees and our clients. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
 
 Your choices
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. At this time we do not send any direct marketing by post or email. If we decide to start this, it will be an opt-in service and this policy will be updated accordingly. We do contact people we know and have worked with but we think you are fine with that. Tell us if you are not. 

How you can access, update and apply for the removal your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If the data you have provided to us is inaccurate or has changed, please email us at crispin.passmore@passmoreconsulting.co.uk so that we can update the information. 

You have the right to request a copy of the information Passmore Consulting Limited holds about you. This request will be processed in line with GDPR and you can request this by emailing us. 

Under article 17 of the GDPR, individuals have the right to have personal data erased, also known as ‘right to be forgotten’ in certain circumstances. You can request this in an email to us. Please note that we may not be able to delete all personal data especially if we have a legal obligation to keep the data for a period of time, for example for accounting. We will provide you with details of what we can and cannot remove, and the timescales without undue delay and within 1 month of receipt of your request.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your data
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s protected and secure. 

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet, and you do so at your own risk. If there is a requirement to transmit sensitive personal information please contact us before you send the data and we will work with you to ensure this is done securely. Once we receive your information, we have robust processes and policies in place to protect it’s security.
